HELP!!!

I’m 10 DPO and I keep getting a shooting pain in my left breast, it only lasts a few seconds but comes and goes throughout the day. Both breasts are extremely sore to the point where I can’t lay on my sides cuz it hurts too bad. I have these raised bumps around my nipple now. Could this be a good indicator of pregnancy?
