What do you mamas usually do if your LO wakes up after 30 minutes from a nap? Sometimes she can go 2 hours depending on how tired she is but the usual is she doesn't make it past 30 minutes. I typically will just get her up and try again at her next nap. She doesn't cry usually so I'll let her sit there for awhile and coo to herself until she does get upset because she never can put herself back to sleep so the mamas whose babies just go right back to sleep, you are very lucky lol.

Anyway, do you pick them up and rock them back to sleep at all? Or do you just do what I do and get them up anyway? Her wake time has gotten longer too where she doesn't show sleep cues until 1.5 hrs awake typically which before it was about 45 minutes to an hr. So this kid isn't getting a lot of sleep during the day.
