So I have a fun story time for you guys, maybe you can relate, maybe not. Either way I’m so embarrassed but it’s just to hilarious not to tell.

So my fiancé and I are in Colorado visiting my grandparents right? Anyways, we see a dispensary and decide “we’ll we’ve never done weed why not try”

So I buy a chocolate bar (100mg) and he just gets a lollipop (10mg) and we go to the hotel and try it. He didn’t really like the flavor but I love chocolate so you know I was gobbling that thing up.

Now let me tell you, NOBODY TOLD ME NOT TO EAT THE WHOLE THING OR THAT I HAD TO WAIT A FEW HOURS FOR IT TO KICK IN 🤦🏼‍♀️ so I don’t feel anything and decide “guess I’m just immune” 🙄😂 so I eat the entire thing. A few hours goes by and we decide to go to bed. As I lay down I start to feel like I’m going into the light, like literally dying. I felt totally out of my body. Then the shakes started, I seriously could not stop shaking. Then came the dry mouth (nobody told me to drink water either)

I started freaking out so bad I had to stand in the shower and was just downing the shower water because my mouth was SO DRY. All the while still feeling like I was in and out of my body.

So I call for my fiancé and I’m like “baby I feel like I’m dying, like I know I’m not dying but it feels that way and I want it to stop” I was pacing the shower and panicking at this point.

He tells me it’s just the edibles and to try to sleep, but I can’t because I feel like if I sleep I’ll die 🤦🏼‍♀️

So there I sit, butt ass naked on the toilet with the shower running, hoping in and out as my mind switches from what’s comfortable to what’s not every 5 minutes. Then as I’m sitting on the toilet I have discovered I drank to much shower water and PUKE EVERYTHING I ATE THAT DAY UP all over the bathroom floor🤮

then my mind starts to calm and I lay on the cold bathroom floor.

I fell asleep there, next to my own vomit, butt ass naked. (My sweet fiancé stayed on the phone with me and checked on me but he realy couldn’t do anything and we were driving home at 5am so he needed to sleep)

After a while I was able to move into bed around 2am (all this started at 9pm)

The entire next day I felt like I had a horrible hang over but was completely fine, regardless of the horror that I felt had happened to me.

Moral of the story, don’t eat edibles kids

That was awkward 🙈
