Is there ways I can help treat my daughters adhd without medication?

She has it pretty severely, but most of the medications she’s been on have had awful side effects. Headaches, grogginess, nausea. Etc. the one she’s on does seem to help, but she will still have random outbursts of anger at times. She’s on Vyvanse 20mg. She’s 7.

My son also has it what drives them crazy is boredom try to let her do as much as possible during the day to play her self out the key to no medication is staying busy I will never try medication because once you start you can't stop I've always refused it

Take away soda and candy because sugar does not help. Once you cut back on the sugar you should see a difference in her behavior this helped my nephew Tremendously.

I’ve heard a chiropractic adjustment can help. I don’t know much about it but it might be something to look into.

One more thing my son is also on social security disability for ADHD that helps out with sports and activities that will keep him moving I promise it gets better the meds make them worse

ADHD and ASD. A National Institutes of Health study published in 2014 showed that 18 percent of children diagnosed with ADHD actually showed symptoms of ASD.

It may be possible. What may work for one child doesn’t always work for another. 
Some options: Caffeine is a natural stimulant which can help, also removing red dye and processed sugar from the diet. Make sure your child has lots of opportunities to be active. Ginkgo biloba is another natural supplement that may help. Also work with her teachers at school to find ways to accommodate her, for example: allow her to use a quiet fidget toy and/or sit on a exercise ball (or other similar device) while doing schoolwork. 
Keep in mind that even with natural methods your child may still need some medication but it’s very possible that you may be able to lower her dosage over time (with proper advice on how to wean down from her doctor) even if she never completely stops needing it.
