Constant need to pee?

I sat down and peed for like 10 mins straight. If I push pee will dribble out, it's not a lot in fact it's almost nothing but I just feel a constant urge to pee. Could it be because babies are putting pressure? It doesn't burn so I don't think it's UTI... I'm 24 weeks pregnant with didi twins. Sorry for being gross, but it's soooooooo annoying

I’m right there with you. I feel like I need to pee all the time, and it’s barely a trickle. I think it’s a good sign that your body is using the water your taking in and not just passing it straight through, but it’s also the way babies push on your bladder making it feel full. Just one of many glamorous pregnancy symptoms 💁🏼‍♀️
