Hi all. I had my second midwife appointment earlier today at 18w. She palpitated my abdomen a bit as she was getting a feel of what’s going on. But soon after the appointment, when I got back to my car, I had *the most intense* Braxton Hicks I’ve had yet. It lasted almost three minutes and i had to pull over and go for a short walk down the road.

My question is, can abdomen palpations cause intense BH? They went away afterwards and now everything feels normal. I’d love to hear your experiences if anyone has had anything similar. 🌸🙏🏻
