Not sure if I’m posting in the right group, but has any moms here had a tubal ligation well after their baby was born? I’m talking like 2 years well after? I’m 25 and I have 2 children, 2 and 4 (a boy and a girl) and both of my pregnancies I was VERY miserable. My babies were between 8 and 9 pounds at birth, I birthed them by cesarean and with my last pregnancy I suffered from severe SPD. I didn’t get them tied after my last birth because at about 30 weeks I switched to a different OBGYN to attempt a VBAC which was unsuccessful and on the table the new OB told me she would not tie my tubes because it was a catholic hospital! So next month I have a tubal ligation surgery scheduled but I’m just curious on what to expect outside of my own research? I’m open to all comments, opinions, concerns and personal experiences.
