Gym and IF

I’ve been going to the gym and doing intermittent fasting and when I step on the scale, I still don’t see numbers going down.. its only been a week and I feel discouraged because people say they get results in a few days/ week 🥺. My diet consists of fruits , veggies, nothing that’s overly processed. I try to make healthier choices. I’ve also tried drinking ACV everyday... sigh . I kinda feel like why put in work if I’m gonna weigh the same as I do when I don’t work out or make healthy food choices
