Menstrual cup to keep sperm in?🤨

We’re getting desperate here. I have another doctors appointment tmrw for infertility. I did some light reading online that by inserting one after sex for a few hours it keeps semen/sperm in longer and there’s potentially a “better chance”. Has anyone tried it before??

Sperm gets where it needs to go in seconds. There’s no need to hold it in there.

What finally worked for me was immediately putting my legs in the air with my hands propped on my butt for support for 10-15 minutes. It’s awkward but it’s the only thing I did different last ovulation! Good luck to you 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️

Holding in the semen doesnt help you conceive. It does slow down sperm and increases your chances of an infection though.

My mom did this with my 2 younger siblings and got pregnant first try with the cups! I started the same thing this month so we shall see 😉
