Been dating for 4,5 months now he’s met my sis and mom and some friends but I have only met a couple of his friends and I wonder if he’s told his mom and sis about me? Idk if it’s a good idea to ask if they know about me ? And if yes how should I ask? We haven’t had sex or said I love you yet to eachother we’re both 23

I personally wouldn’t ask, when men are ready to do the whole family introduction thing they will do it on their own time when they feel most comfortable.
It’s still fairly new and I’m not sure how serous you guys are but it could just be moving slower for him than you.

Personally I feel like 4.5 months is long enough to at least tell family members about someone. Especially if they've physically seen each other within that time frame.  So I'd ask. Just say "hey does your mom know about me?" That's all, it doesn't have to be some big conversation. If he says no maybe ask why not. If he says yes just say okay cool.

Wait. My mom didn't meat my partner for like a year. If I am not thinking of it as a serious relationship or that I want to spend my life with them then I don't see the need for them to meet my mom. 5 months isn't long at all, you guys are still figuring out if you want to be together long term so just wait. If you start talking about marriage in the next 6 months or so then it may be a better time to meet family.
