What are you guys using for teething?

Ped recommenced 3ml of Tylenol if he seems super fussy or in pain. But I don’t want to constantly give Tylenol.

So far I have cooling gel teether toy. Any medicines or different toys that have worked well for you?

He chews on his hand a lot like whole fist in his mouth always, blowing raspberries and drooling a lot. Only seems in pain sometimes.
