How old is she? My son started doing that around 7/8 months. He’s 10 months now and still does it occasionally. Whenever he does/did do it it’s just a few times. It’s not constant. It’s a new noise they learn. It feels good and different on their throat so they keep doing it cause they’re experimenting. 
If you ever get concerned about baby’s breathing, take off their shirt and look at their chest/rib cage. If you can see their skin sinking into their ribs/chest then that would be concern! If you ever see that then baby should see a dr immediately. 
But as long as that noise just kinda comes around and isn’t constant, I’d say your good mama! Baby is just impressed with her new vocals!

Is this just a few times? Or like constantly breathing like that? If it’s just a few times it might just be gagging on spit up or saliva. If it’s all the time constantly I would get it checked. Either way doesn’t hurt to have her checked.
