Baby spit up clear?

Hi all. My little guy is 4 months and we suspect he had reflex. He’s been fussy pretty much all 4 months. More fussy then calm most days. He is formula fed and today he spit up clear liquid. First time I’ve seen it really be clear. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a sign of reflex?

Yeah my baby does this and has been on Zantac since 9weeks. It’s like a clear volcano eruption while she’s on the meds but if we miss a dose it’s projectile vomit.

Our son started doing this, and we thought it may have been drool at first, but we smelled it and it smells super acidic. Sure enough its reflux and now hes on zantac and is so much better!!

My son has reflux and his is like that or milk colored. Rarely the typical curdled looking spit you see in a normal baby

My girl started cutting a tooth and is drooling everywhere- it’s made her gag a few times and she’s spit it up as well, could he be teething?

Does he have any congestion? Typically clear spit up is a sign of mucus on the belly.
