Rash after yogurt

I know she had milk problems when she was a baby but they never confirmed it, she drinks almond milk. Anyways my son gave her yogurt today without me knowing until after. Now she has a rash on her face, she wouldn’t hold still to take a better picture. Is this a milk allergy for sure?
