I need tips
I’m gonna be real for a second. I’ve felt like complete crap since spending about 3 hours total in the sun yesterday. We came back home around 2pm and I slept til almost 4:45pm, after waking up I downed a whole bottle of water,but had a massive headache. Today, I’ve been feeling super weak, have a headache, Every time I eat I feel nauseous as all get out, I’ve drank nothing but water or Gatorade until I had two cups of hot chocolate. I’m currently 8 weeks and don’t know what else to do to start feeling better. Other than to keep myself hydrated and try to eat.
