Tongue feels off?

Kind of a weird thing but in the evenings I notice my tongue feels tender hurts a bit a sometimes even bleeds. Also notice it’s white sometimes. I know I am probably dehydrated since I still have horrible morning sickness and hard for me to get down any kind of liquid. But can anyone relate or am I just the odd one?!

I was going to suggest that your probably dehydrated. You really need to try and drink more water, Gatorade or Powerade if your not able to keep any foods down to give you electrolytes. There’s also a swish and spit, type of mouthwash, that helps keep your mouth moist. It’s called biotene, there are probably other brands too, just look for dry mouth. Do it a couple times a Day should help with the soreness.
