Health probs after birth

Did anyone not get any health problems til after giving birth? My platelets were low during pregnancy but after I had her I got bad high blood pressure and now they found something behind my eye in my blood vessels thinking it’s cardiovascular... has anyone had issues shortly after giving birth but them end up resolving?
