When you've become that mom...
When your 6 year told decided to wait til your already home to say "Mommy, it's my teacher's birthday tomorrow and we didn't get her a card, but she loves giraffes." You sit down and get crafty! More time into it, than running to town an buying a card, but my daughter enjoyed making them.
