To people that had braces:

How often should I change my rubber bands? I’ve been wearing them since November. The ortho is saying that my teeth are moving at a good pace but I can’t see it 🥺 I googled it and it said 3-4 times a day. How often did you guys do it? I have about 3 more months left of braces and I want to be sure I would get it off on time.
