No dominant follicle on Letrozole?
I started taking 5mg of letrozole on cycle days 5-9. I got my sonogram done on day 10. I got a positive opk on day 12 and then found out today that after looking at my sonogram, my dr didn’t see a dominant follicle. Is there a chance I still could have ovulated?
