When did your babies

Question

Start holding their bottles? i don't mean for a few mins or seconds , i mean when did they start holding them through a whole feed ?

My 11 month old has no interest in it. She feeds herself whatever she wants and if I give her a bottle I feed her. If she’s using a sippy cup with a straw she does it herself. It would be easier on me if she would hold her own bottle because she has been walking all over the place for the past few weeks.

Never. He refused to hold his bottle, he wanted me to do all the feeding. I love feeding so it was fine by me.

He will at times briefly at 8 months. I suspect he can hold it himself and is being lazy.

My daughter did it pretty early. I think she was around 3 months or maybe a little younger. She was very motivated by the bottle, it was easier to get milk from that than from mommy.
