Mmm I doubt it. The article is from 2014 also and not a verified source. I feel like there’s lot of things that can lower a mans sperm count and being vegan is not one lol.

As long as he has the vitamins his body needs i don't see how it would make a big difference i would love to go vegan but i love my chicken too much hehe 💜

If he isn’t taking B-12 supplements yes it can hurt his count.  He needs to make sure he does his research on what supplements vegans usually take to make sure they get what their body needs.

Hell no. We tried for our second for over a year.. we both went vegan and BAM pregnant that month. Definitely a myth
