Should I be worried?

I’m on birth control and take it everyday at the same time on the dot. I recently had sex ( multiple sessions he did not cum in me but pulled out and went back in) so there could have been residual. Anyway a day later I got a really bad UTI and had to go on antibiotics which I know that stops the birth control from working correctly. Should I be worried ? My chances of pregnancy that day was 8%
