Scared...
I’m having a planned C Section in a little under a month and I’m starting to freak out. I’ve watched so many YouTube videos and vlogs about women’s c sections, but it’s not helping. I’m scared of the epidural, I’m scared of the actual surgery part, the part where they push on your uterus afterward and the first time I have to walk. Can anyone give me some positive experiences or helpful tips to help me deal with this anxiety?
