Losing weight
Okay, so I have hypothyroidism. It’s hard for me to lose any weight so I just kind of give up. I stopped drinking soda in January and I haven’t lost any weight. I don’t eat very much and I need to drink more water. I work at a daycare and have a (almost) 2 year old.
I need suggestions for losing weight. My husband and I are trying to conceive baby #2 and I’m so grossed out by my body. I need a workout routine I can do at home with a toddler. I have the bad hanging belly now from my csection with my first. So any suggestions from csection moms or anyone with hypothyroidism? Or just in general.
