i’ve had my nipple piercing for over a year now they have healed and look fine months ago so i just wash them regularly with soap and water everyday! recently one of them has been kinda sore.. it’s not red or anything and still looks fine but it’s sore to move the ring and it i touch it to clean it with soap and water the wrong way.. never had this problem before.. what should i use to clean it with now? i also clean and change the rings regularly and move them around.
