I received this from a friend back in February & then they were recalled. I’d like to send it in to fisher price for a coupon voucher (or whatever it is they offer) however, she doesn’t remember when she purchased it & you have to write the month & year on the piece you mail in. Does anyone know when this model was made? It looks very similar to this photo. Just wasn’t sure what month and year to write. Thanks.
