Spotting still

My period was 4 days ago and I’m still spotting, when I go to use the bathroom I can see small amounts of dark blood clouts, or when I whip it’s dark blood and in my underwear... I made a doc. Appointment but I just want no if anyone went through this And can tell me what it might be? 🙄😒 just curious.
