Implantation bleeding? Or AF is on the way?!

I woke up yesterday morning feeling like AF was coming because I had period type cramping so i went to the bathroom and saw I had light pink spotting but after wiping once it was gone then 30 minutes later I had a tiny bit of dark red bleeding so I put in a tampon just in case it was AF but 2 hours after I put it in I took it out to reveal a completely dry tampon after that I wiped and I had a little stretchy ball of mucus with a dark brown/red tinge mixed in .. so for the rest of the night whenever I go to the bathroom I have light pink spotting like this then dry when I wipe again. Any suggestions?! I still have the cramps like AF is coming they don’t hurt like normal AF cramps more like dull pressure in the lower abdominal area

And a day or two before this I had a spontaneous sore throat
