Pretty sure I’m prego

Doctors appointment tomorrow, 5 days late. I’ve been cramping my boobs hurt and boom NAUSEA HIT ME LIKE A BRICK WALL a couple hours ago. Like I’m never nauseous, and all of a sudden it’s almost impossible for me to not feel the need or sudden urge to vomit my whole weeks meals. I took a pregnancy test this morning but it was negative, I took another test this evening and got a vfl and I’ll still assume it’s negative but the symptoms and signs are leading the way to a journey I’m excited and hopeful for🙂🙂
