No gifts?
I am throwing a surprise party for my husband. I want people to know they don’t need to bring a gift, but I don’t want to tell them that they can’t. How would you phrase that on the invitation?
I don’t want to say “no gifts, please” because some people may want to bring something. Would “gifts not necessary” be appropriate? Other wording?
