I’ll be flying to a different state in 2 days. My mother doesn’t know because when I first mentioned it she didn’t approve. The day after I get back I’ll be heading to College where I’ll spend the next 4 years in dorms and hopefully in apartments after my Junior year. My mom is very old school and conservative (strict). I love her to death, but I’m a free spirit at heart. I want to travel, I want to dream big & achieve big things. I want to explore & let curiosity take ahold of me (cautiously). I know she’ll be worried which is why I plan on telling her the day I arrive. I just don’t know how or what to tell her to make her understand that it’s time she lets me fly out her nest. I turn 19 in less than 2 months. I worked hard to earn for this trip & I know I’ll be safe because I’m going to be on a military base visiting my best friend.
