Implantation bleeding?

Question

Could this be implantation bleeding or period? CD23, 10dpo, 4 days until AF. I have had some cramping but nothing hectic. I have had a bit of a runny tummy the past 2 days which is unusual, and just put the cramping to that. Took a pregnancy test this morning and got a Bfn....
My cm is medium, cervix is medium hardness. Haven't managed to log BBT unfortunately. Month has been crazy with my mood swings, however, my skin is clearer than normal before AF. My boobs aren't that sore, but noticeable. Although the past 3 months I spot a few days before AF truly arrives.... I don't know!!!

I read an article about this topic that was helpful to me! I posted it below in case it is helpful to you too 🙂 one of the things I read about is the difference in color. Implantation bleeding tends to be light pink or dark brown (they describe it like rust) white period blood is typically red. The article also said implantation bleeding can last a few hours to 3 days. They also describe it as lighter than a typical period. Hope this helps!

No one can tell you. It could be IB, or just mid-cycle bleeding - there is no way to know at this time. Implantation bleeding occurs in like 10-15% of confirmed pregnancies. There are many reasons to find blood mid-cycle (irritated cervix from sex, stress, medication, ruptured nabothian cyst on cervix, old ovulation blood, period coming 'early', to name a few), so its very hard to confirm if it is in fact IB, or just mid-cycle bleeding. Unfortunately,  IB can only be confirmed retrospectively once pregnancy is confirmed. Good luck hun! 🤞💜🤞
