Preface: I'm 16, underweight, and not sexually active in any way. I'm not surprised that my period is late. There is no picture attached because I didn't want to take one.

I went to the bathroom to check my pad and there was no blood, but there was what could have been an egg or discharge. It looks to be about an inch long and is yellow and round. My period is exactly 7 days late but idk what this could be.
