Anyone starving all the time?

I just hit second trimester and all of a sudden I CANNOT EAT ENOUGH. I feel like I could eat the whole world. I’m currently thinking about whether to get two lunches. Anyone else feeling the same??

Packing extra food in my lunchbox and eating all of it. By the time I get home I'm starving for dinner! Always want sweets too!

Have they checked your thyroid? Mine was OOC and somehow I’ve lost 38 pounds and finally gained 3 back after eating pretty much 24/7 & thyroid medication. If I don’t eat like every 2-3 hours my blood sugar plummets, so my Husband keeps me stocked with a protein angel hair, Ragu’ 5 ingredient something another (which I hated until now) and ground beef. My son and him are both sick of it, but I can’t get enough, and baby girl apparently loves it as well. It’s insane because with him I gained 90 pounds and had hyperemesis gravidarum the entire time and lived off of dolmades juice from the olive bar at Whole Foods. At least I’m a cheap date this time.

I became RAVENOUS like 2 days ago!  And pretty fatigued... I bet baby is having a growth spurt!  Will be 21 weeks tomorrow and have already gained 18 pounds though, so I do need to be careful...

I have days where I don’t feel like eating at all and then days where I tear apart the fridge. It’s like an insane enhanced feeling of hunger

2 lunches is standard for me. Its how my colleagues worked out I was pregnant. I find eating protein earlier in the day keeps the hunger at bay for longer- like an egg for breakfast (or some leftover lasagne for breakfast 🤣)
