Help. Hubby's 2nd semen analysis

Okay so this is my husbands second SA showing zero sperm. Which we arent totally surprised. Plus he has low volume of semen. However, does anyone know what the round cells amount means? Also it looks like the ph for his semen is quite low. What could that indicate??
