Vanishing twin any hope?

So I had my first scan yesterday only to find out that one of the babies didn't make it.. One baby is measuring 8+4 the other ones sac is measuring 2.5 cm. No yolk sac.. Any one have experience with this ??

Yes, absolutely. A vanishing twin doesn't mean that the other baby will be compromised in any way.  If the viable baby had a strong heart beat and there weren't any other abnormalities,  you will likely go on to deliver a healthy baby. 🙂

My sister had two sacs with her youngest one which one vanished and still delivered a healthy baby boy who is now 5!
