Thumb twitching while typing

Hey guys so I AM FREAKING OUT since earlier because she Ik I was texting on my phone my left thumb started to twitch and it was twitching for like 1 minute maybe idrk , but when I searched what it could mean it said a nerve system disorder , and I have been having weird feelings in my legs some days but I don’t really know I also have a sore throat and headaches around my head on and off scared and confused because I really don’t want to die

& my parents won’t take me to the doctors because they know how dramatic I can be and I usually have weird symptoms that usually end up being nothing ...
