I’m 18+1 I’ve been feeling my baby move for a couple of weeks. She is usually very active and I can feel her kick and move around every hour or so. Today I’ve felt her possibly just the once, and I’m not even sure about that. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Yesterday I had a midwife appointment and she palpitated my abdomen. After the appointment I had to pull over in the car because I was experiencing the most intense Braxton Hicks I’ve ever had. They lasted for about 3 minutes. But then they dissipated and shortly after I felt her move again, so I thought all was ok. There’s been no bleeding or fluid or anything.

But now her inactivity today has got me worried again! I hope you can reassure me.
