Both me and my friend had babies with bad cradle cap. We both switched shampoo (we switched to alveeno) and both babies cleared up within the week.

I used a generous amount of coconut oil just before bath time, rubbed it in nicely and then shampoo’d it out. Worked in a couple of days.

Mustela foaming baby shampoo. I’ve used it for all 3 of my babies and it works wonders! I noticed a difference after the first use with my daughters and I started using it immediately with my son and no signs of cradle cap.

I rub softly with his bristle brush when shampooing him in the bath and then lotion his head with eucerin eczema lotion afterwards.
