7weeks 1day pregnant - is this normal??

So I am 7weeks 1day pregnant and when I went to the loo this evening I had blood on my tissue.
I am in no pain, I’m feeling tired all the time, have sore boobs etc.
What do you think??

Call your doctor just to let them know I had it but a little more and it’s been at least 3 times from 5 weeks & 3 days & 7 weeks all was normal spotting nothing from my uterus doctor said spotting in early pregnancy is normal mine wasn’t accompanied by any pain or cramping
