I need some advice here please !

So I am about 7-8 days dpo not sure but I have been feeling kind of sick, extremely tired 😴, cramping on and off for about 3 days now 😖 and some light headed. My period is not expected for another week or so.

I didn’t a pregnancy test yesterday but it was negative I know it was early but I just have been feeling so off. Should this feeling be related to implantation ? Should I test again maybe in couple more days ?
