Ok girls, I need your help. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 16 months now. 3 failed

's. We have IVF appointment end of September. The doctor said he will not do anymore

's or Clomid so we have to try naturally. We are freaking out over

a bit. I'm just wondering if anyone has been in this situation and has any tips? If so, did you do anything differently the month you conceived naturally that you didn't in previous months? Any insight is appreciated.
