Skipped Period

So my period is 23 days late. Prior to this my cycle was pretty regular and predictable (I was never more than a few days early or late). I know I’m not pregnant because I’m in a long distance relationship with a woman and she’s the only person I’ve ever had sex with. I’m hoping it’s just a stress thing but I’m kinda worried.
