Tone-up buddy needed!
So yesterday I started excising again (at home) planks and climbing man etc. while I don’t really consider myself overweight ( 5’3 randomly up to 137 all the sudden from 130) I just don’t feel great. Does anyone want to be my buddy and push each other to work out at least a little everyday?? I’m going to be fallowing the Chloe Ting exercises on YouTube and just eating healthier :)
