Has anyone had surgery to drain cysts?

I have so many cysts on both ovaries the fertility clinic have said I need to have surgery to drain them. Just wanted anyone’s opinions/experience

Are they going to drain them by guided ultrasound or laparoscopy? My advice is to consent to only the cysts being drained if laparoscopy.

I had a laparoscopy in Jan 2018 to remove cysts from both ovaries

I have pcos but they are too small so maybe it depends on the size of them

I had egg retrieval today and had lots of cysts which they drained.
