Started charting and I'm confused with questions!
How does this work? I have no idea how to read a chart.. what am I looking for?
Also.. I have an alarm set but my sleep cycles are not.. the .. best... I end waking up an thinking I missed my chance to take my temperature because I may have been moving in my sleep or I moved to fast to grab the thermometer... how much movement is too much movement before taking temps?? I would really appreciate some answers.
