I have used a heating pad this whole pregnancy on my back and before
I was pregnant. Without it I don’t know what I would have done for the pain. Just don’t put it on your belly and you should be good!

I put mine around my hip and a little on the side of my belly. My doctor is the one who told me to do it this way since the pain I have is in the front as well. She said small intervals and stay hydrated
