I've been taking maca and vitex. I havent gotten my period in months because of the depo shot, I got off of it almost 2 years ago but still havent gotten a actual regular period yet. Doctor put me on progesterone and that just messed me up more, I've been TTC for a little over a year now. I've been super bloated, my lower back is super achy, my nipples are super sensitive, I've been having medium-heavy white discharge the past couple weeks. I had a little bit of cramps about a day ago and it's been off and on since. Does anyone have any advice in getting my period back or am I close to getting it?
