Hey babes, I need some advice!

My boyfriend and I had sex at the end of June and also the first week of July. (We live in two different states right now but not for long). Then I got my period the next month which was hell because it was two weeks long!!!! Now we're in this month. Sadly something tragic happened a couple of days ago, I was rape a couple of days ago and now I'm 5 days late on my period. I keep telling my boyfriend If I am pregnant it has to be his but my close friend believes im just stressing from the situation but literally I went to the bathroom and I was spotting for like a second then it went away. Any advice on opinions to what might be going on. Im going to the doctor at the end of this week but i just wanted to see what other women might have to say about my situation. Thanks babes!
